Starting my career as a creative, being kind, considerate and a team player was not the norm. It was these environments which shaped the creative leader I am today. Ego, selfishness and power-grabs lead to unhealthy teams and dark creative places. As Yoda would say, "Born here, good creative is not". Instead, I stay open to new ideas, lead with humility and kindness which I feel lead to a creative environment where teams and their work thrive.
