When I began my career as a creative, being kind, considerate and a team player was not the norm. It was these environments that helped shape the creative leader I am today. Channeling my inner Yoda, I believe ego, aggression and power-grabs lead to dark places. In those places, good creative is not born. Instead, being open to new ideas, humble, and kind leads to a creative environment where teams and their work thrive.
